In this episode of JRCTv, Amanda and I share our different perspectives on time management. While both approaches have consistent positive outcomes they are quite different. She prefers to flow through the day. I prefer to plan, chunk and schedule just about every minute. While I am laser focused and could sit for hours in one spot working away at a project, she’s moving around and knocking out 100+ things at once.

What’s important is that you figure out what strategy works best for you, to support your outcome and goals while also staying connected to you and what works best for you. If scheduling out every minute doesn’t jive with you, perhaps it’s a prioritized approach with a lose fit schedule that works for you.

Enjoy!
