Sooo…. what bridges in your life are the ones to burn!?
Well here are my thoughts…
1. Take a moment and comb through all of the MAJOR commitments currently in your life…
2. Gage 0-10 the level of commitment you had when you first started…
3. Gage 0-10 the CURRENT level of commitment you have on this project…
4. What would you have to do RIGHT NOW to get your commitment level all the way back up to 100%??
Just a simple tip… many times what causes a person’s level of commitment to drop is the fact that they loose track of their REASON WHY… and/or it looses the intensity if first had when they started!
How to re-ignite your commitment level…
1. Spend 5 minutes (in a PEAK STATE) journaling all the reasons why it is an ABSOLUTE MUST for you to re-commit 100%
2. Take time each day and review your reasons why (ideally speak them out-loud in a PEAK STATE) each day!
