In this fast paced world, where billionaires are born overnight with a simple app and your real life doesn’t compare to everyone else’s “perfect” life on Instagram, it’s easy to get caught up in STUFF*.
The downward spiral occurs when we then question our direction and output, which would cause anyone to feel dissatisfied, underachieving, and far off from success.

In fact, “chronic anger and anxiety can disrupt cardiac function by changing the heart’s electrical stability, hastening atherosclerosis, and increasing systemic inflammation.” according to Harvard’s School of Public Health.

But what if we can replace those negative emotions with positive emotions to increase our level of happiness? According to Harvard, positive emotions mean better health and fewer illnesses for years to come. Optimism alone cuts the risk of coronary heart disease by half.
What’s most important? You have a choice as to how you feel under any circumstances.
