Preparing for A New Quarter: How to Make the Most of the next 3 Months!

It’s April and we are diving into your goals – more specifically – how we are doing with the goals we set for ourselves at the beginning of the year.



This week we will be taking you through a series of questions to help you identify where you are so far as we enter the 2nd quarter of the year in these 3 key areas:


  1. Personal – How are you doing with your home life, your spiritual goals, your relationships?
  2. Professional  – How are you doing at work and/or your business?
  3. Health – How are you doing with your fitness and overall health goals?


We are are going to break down each area – so this is a great time for you to grab a notepad so you can take some notes. This will also be crucial for you to review in the upcoming quarters, so be sure to keep this so you have it to review.


As we check out each area, we are looking for if you:

A. – Crushed it – You blew past all expectations in this area and are just rocking it!

B. – Met the expectation – You hit the milestones you expected and now its time to keep up that momentum!

C. – Needs improvement or momentum – You are not hitting the milestones, maybe you never even started and figuring out why.
