We are nearing the end of the year and we have noticed a trend in our community.
Everyone is focused on their 2019 goals – and that’s amazing! We love goal setting and the goals that many of you have set are truly admirable. The energy everyone is bringing to the next year is inspiring and creating a real BUZZ!

So let’s chat – How well do you know your numbers? How are you charting in the key areas of life that affect business and personal performance?
What do we mean by your numbers? Well on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being the absolute worst and 10 being you are absolutely rocking it, where do you rank in these KEY areas of your life:
- Structural Alignment/Flexibility – Is your body structural sound and ready?
- Mindset – How is your mental state leading up to and around your goals?
- Breathing/Less Stress – What are your coping mechanisms for stress?
- Exercise – How are you training for your life?
- Hydration – Are you aware of how much hydration you need?
- Fuel – What are you putting into your body to support your goals?
- Sleep – Are you getting enough rest to perform at your best for business and life?
