This week, I challenge you to create a happier healthier lifestyle. What does that mean? We are redefining HAPPY HOUR! That’s right, no more drowning your sorrows and stresses over $5 margaritas or two buck chuck. This challenge is about YOU taking charge of your life and living life out loud!!!
My hope is that you start living the life you desire and deserve! So here’s what we are going to do, over the next 7 days we are going to start redefining your standards for life and start being REAL with yourself.
Here’s how this challenge works:
1. Eliminate mind-numbing habits you may have in your life. This could be Happy Hour at your local watering hole, virtual realty games, reality tv, etc.
2. Then start utilizing those hours living life out loud by doing things that truly fill you up, allow you to live your fullest potential. This could be going to a rock climbing gym, instead of the bar. This could be going on a hike instead of playing video games. This could even be working on that business plan or learning a new language, instead of watching TV or thumbing through facebook.
3. Show & Share! Snap and post a picture with the hashtag #HourHourChallenge so we can see how you are doing!!! Or simply shoot me an email r[email protected] and tell me how the challenge is going!
